This paper assesses your knowledge of current affairs and your ability to express yourself clearly and effectively in English. Both the content of your writing and your use of grammar, vocabulary, and style will be evaluated.
Paper-II: Law – III
This paper focuses on criminal law and related procedures. It covers topics such as the Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Indian Evidence Act, and various Acts aimed at protecting vulnerable populations.
Paper-III: Law – I
This paper delves into foundational legal concepts and procedures. It includes the Indian Constitution, various civil procedure codes and acts, along with intellectual property laws.
Paper-IV: Law – II
This paper explores commercial law and related areas. It covers property rights, contracts, sale of goods, partnerships, banking laws, and regulations regarding debt recovery and bankruptcy.
Final Interview Stage:
Candidates who pass the written exam (mains) will be invited to a final interview stage. This interview, worth 250 marks, will be used to assess their suitability for judicial positions. The combined score from the written exam and interview will determine who is shortlisted for the judicial posts.
